Welcome to Unlocking Self-Love: Cartagena! This Women's Retreat is designed to help you reconnect with yourself, your body, and your community through the practice of yoga, meditation, and the exploration of Cartagena's rich culture and natural beauty. Our days will start with rejuvenating yoga sessions, set against the backdrop of Cartagena's stunning landscapes, offering the perfect setting for your practice.
We'll begin our journey by immersing ourselves in the vibrant Walled City, known for its colorful streets and rich history. Our exploration will continue through the charming Getsemaní neighborhood, famous for its street art and local culture. We'll spend a relaxing day at the Blue Apple Beach Club, enjoying VIP cabanas and soothing massages, followed by beach activities and a delicious lunch.
A visit to Palenque will provide a deep cultural experience, as we learn about the village's history and enjoy a meal with a local family. We'll also indulge in a therapeutic mud bath at El Totumo, visit local markets, and enjoy a pool party back at our place.
Evenings will be filled with meditation, reflection, and journaling sessions, allowing you to connect with your inner self and fellow retreat participants. We'll cap off our retreat with a farewell dinner cruise, celebrating our journey and the connections we've made.

Meet Your Host!
Meet Saisha
Saisha - 200 Hr Vinyasa Certified yoga teacher, Body Positivity advocate, Wellness Coach and Public Speaker. Known for her playful and accessible teaching style, Saisha primarily teaches vinyasa style classes, and has experience in teaching chair and beginner yoga. Saisha specializes in yoga for larger bodies because while preparing for her own yoga teacher training, she recognized the lack of examples of yogis that look like her. Yogis of all shades, shapes, sizes and levels of experience are welcome in her classes. Saisha has conducted workshops and spoken at summits on Diversity in fitness, Accessible Yoga, and Women's Wellness. Since becoming a full time yoga teacher, Saisha has spent more time teaching privately and in corporate settings, but still loves the energy of a fun group class. Saisha's goal is to share her love of yoga and its ability to strengthen, heal and regain control. She truly lives to represent and teach body confident yoga.

Day 1:
Arrive in Cartagena CTG
Transfer to our villa and settle in
Welcome circle and intention-setting session

Morning Yoga

Guided walking tour of The Walled City
Explore Getsemaní neighborhood (street art and local culture, great place for photos)
Free time for shopping or relaxation
Evening movement, meditation and journaling session
Day 3:
