Yes, Please bring your mat. You are also welcome to bring any other yoga props you own, especially if you know they will be beneficial to your practice or you would like some help understanding the best ways to use them.

Your spot will be held with your deposit (minus any applicable coupons) as soon as you submit your payment. You will then be charged equal monthly payments for the remainder of your balance due. The full payment option, including discount, will apply until the retreat is fully booked and/or the form closes. If this doesn’t work for you, I do suggest you sign up for my mailing list to make sure you hear about upcoming retreats!

Universal check in time is 3/4pm and Checkout time is 11am. These are the times used to plan group transfer. These times may be adjusted, according to the group needs. If you would like to travel separately or you plan on arriving earlier/ staying longer you are responsible for your own transfers, whenever they are required.

The retreat will be held in a private residence in Kissimmee

You can swim, tube, kayak, canoe, or none of the above and hang out!

This is a retreat to build connections and positive collective energy; we would like everyone to participate in as many things together as possible. We are creating and holding a safe space for these activities, that may not always be available to us at home. We ask that you keep an open mind and heart. Of course you are welcome to sit out any activity that you are uncomfortable completing.

Nope! You can book your add on sessions until 2 weeks before the retreat start date, unless otherwise listed.

If you unfortunately can no longer attend and want to cancel your upcoming payments, please email Saisha@thickthighyoga.com. Reminder that all payments are non-refundable. If you can no longer attend, you may send an email to stop your payments or find a person to transfer your spot to. If this person agrees to pay the full amount of the retreat cost, you will be refunded everything except the standard deposit amount. Policy detailed further in the retreat release waiver. Full refund of all payments, if the retreat is cancelled. Availability automatically updated with each registrant. You will not pay for a spot that doesn’t exist.
